Fall Discount - 'Hopkin's View' is a nicely furnished ground-floor studio apartment. From the comfort of your living room, overlook Hopkin's Island, Dingley Cove and the picturesque Maine shoreline. Shore birds abound.... from heron to osprey, even bald eagles. The scene is constantly changing; it is coastal Maine at it's finest. Launch your kayak or canoe from the side yard. Buy fresh lobster at Watson's General Store. Boil lobster or broil steaks on your BBQ and enjoy a relaxing feast outside. There is a fully equipped large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub / shower. Lots of day-trip opportunities to Kennebunk, Camden, Bath, Wiscassetand more. 25 miles to L.L. Bean in Freeport. State parks and beaches (Popham and Reid); kayaking and boat charters too. Cundy's Harbor is a well know Maine gem.

Lots of day-trip opportunities to Kennebunk, Camden, Bath, Wiscasset, Casco Bay and all of mid-Coast Maine. Twenty-five minutes to L.L. Bean (Freeport). State parks and beaches (Popham and Reid); boat charters and fishing too. Many summer fairs and special events in the area, including performances at Bowdoin College, Brunswick. Many summer fairs and special events in the area. Music and theater performances at Bowdoin College and the Maine State Theater in Brunswick. Great antique hunting. Museums, walks and scenic drives. A variety of seafood and other restaurants nearby, many in picturesque locations. This is a great location to launch kayaks right from our yard. Everyone loves to explore the rocks. Cundy's Harbor is a quaint active fishing harbor where you can buy lobsters either at Holbrook's Gift Shop or Watson's General Store. There is a restaurant on the wharf and another general store. This is Maine at its picturesque best. We have a lot of information (in a large notebook) about local activities.
