Things to Do:
Music and theater performances all summer at Bowdoin College and the Maine State Theater in Brunswick. Kayaking is very popular and can be launched from the yard. Kayaks can be rented from local business. A variety of seafood and other restaurants nearby, many in picturesque locations. Nice museums such as the Bath Maritime Museum are enjoyable for all ages.
Cundy's Harbor is a very special place. It's an unspoiled, working lobster and fishing village. There is a restaurant on the wharf, a gift shop and two general stores that you can't miss (Holbrook's and Watson's). Watson's has been featured in TV shows about Maine. You can accompany the sales clerk right down onto the dock and choose your own lobster.
Guest Book Comments:
Such a comfortable cottage with so many amenities. The views were so beautiful from the house. We were able to relax and loved exploring the rocks at low tide. We found lots of treasures! We’ve had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful peaceful place. Bath has been a special treat – shops, coffee, the Maine Maritime Museum. We’ve walked many of the points of land on Audubon Society Sanctuaries, loved the Reid State Park, exploring the small towns and of course the lobsters and clams! We’ll definitely be back.
