Located on beautiful Lake Keowee within 15 minutes of Seneca, SC and Clemson University. 2800 square foot home is located on a 1 acre wooded lot with much privacy. There is a private dock for swimming or boating with constant, safe water depths. Convenient shopping is only 10 minutes away (many restaurants, grocery stores shopping centers). Located within 2 hours of Highlands, NC and Atlanta, GA. Screened Porch, Deck and Patio all have view of the Lake. 23 photos of the property interior and exterior are available. Nearby is Table Rock State Park and Lake Jocassee. Many waterfalls and nature trails are minutes away. Lake Keowee has a full service marina and accommodates all size inland power boats and sail boats. Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell offer excellent fishing including striped bass guide service on Lake Hartwell. Lake Jocassee is known for excellent lake trout fishing and also has guide service available. The marina offers pontoon boat and jet ski rentals. Additional photos available. Tigers beat FSU 35-14. Go Tigers. Great place.--Rock Hill, S.C.; Greenville, S.C.; St. Louis, Mo. Great place for our reunion. The sunrises were beautiful.
