Notes

• Above rates exclude Easter, Christmas and New Year.
  
  We offer Short breaks 3 nights from £210 and 4 nights from £275
  short breaks are available throughout the year depending on availability
• On making your booking a deposit of £100 is payable within 7 days.
  Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. With bookings made less than 8 weeks ahead full payment is required.
  
  Cancellations – should you have to cancel your booking a refund will only be honoured if we are able to re-let the accommodation for the dates concerned. If successful we will refund the deposit and balance less £50 re-booking fee. All cancellations must be put in writing.
  
  We very much recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
  
  Arrivals and departures – Your apartment will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Departure is requested by 10am in order to prepare for the next guests.
  
  Should the apartment you have booked become unusable for whatever reason prior to the date of your booking, then our obligation to you is
  
  1.endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation, of failing that,
  
  2.to reimburse you in full any monies that
