APT. LA TERRAZZA

The Terrace Apt (Sleeps 5-6, mq. 134): the ground floor is the dining room with fireplace, a small bathroom and a large kitchen with colorful tiles that communicates with a French door directly to the terrace is used by guests for lunch and outdoor activities.

On the first floor there is a large double bedroom, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower (all rooms have at least two windows each to help the brightness and ventilation of the spaces).

On the second floor there is a large 'open space' with a French bed and a small study. From here, a small staircase leading to the room in the tower of the house (with double sofa bed), from which large arched windows overlooking the whole valley.

At guests' disposal there is also a garden with its leafy trees and hedges its fragrant and colorful.

The Renaissance park can be visited by walking in the cool of the forest on hot summer days.

The pool, realized with a system of treatment with salt water and not to chlorine, has eliminated the unpleasant effects of chlorine on hair and skin.

During the months of June and September, when the sun still does not have the power to heat the water, the pool can be heated with a special motor.
