• To make a reservation we will need full credit card details ( long number at the front of the card, expire date, 3 digits security numbers on the reserve of the card). A 20% deposit is requested at the time of booking, the balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival. We accept Visa & Mastercard, there is a 1.5% sub charge for using Amex.
  
  In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be made on condition that notification in writing (e-mail if possible) is received (and acknowledged by us) 14 days prior to commencement of stay. In the event of a cancellation being received within 14 days prior to commencement of stay no refund will be made. Any exception to this condition will be made at our discretion. Non-arrival for a confirmed reservation will be treated as a cancellation after 24 hours. No refund will be made of an early termination of a reservation except at our discretion
• We will require a credit card imprint (or cash, if no credit card held) upon arrival against telephone charges, damage etc. All extras must be paid direct.
  
  We regret that we are unable to accept responsibility for loss of luggage or valuables, nor for injury or illness and therefore we strongly recommend that full travel insurance is purchased prior to travel.
