Private and charming well-maintained contemporary Cape, 2 bedroom plus loft and private den, 1.5-bath home in a private wooded setting, on a cul-de-sac off Long Pond Rd. Walking distance to town and to three fresh water ponds. Excellent family location. Home is on the ocean side of Route 6 and abuts the National Seashore. Comfortably & tastefully furnished; enclosed outdoor after swim shower and extra large private deck. The interior features wide pine flooring, cathedral ceiling with wooden beams and skylight. Bright and airy living room with fireplace and dining area. Sleeps 8. Has fully equipped eat-in kitchen. House has a gas grill, washer/dryer, telephone, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, dishes/utensils, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, stereo and wireless internet access. House has all the ingredients for a great vacation! Just bring sheets, towels and a bathing suit. All cleaning fees included in rent.
