This completely remodeled two bedroom, two bathroom cottage has a spectacular view of Lake Michigan from its sunroom and master bedroom. During the day, memorable moments can be spent sharing a meal, in conversation, or in simply spending quiet time on either of two decks on the property. The deck at the top of the bluff has the best view of Lake Michigan and the Ludington Lighthouse. This deck is also connected to the beach by a private stairway. The deck adjacent to the cottage is most conducive to sharing meals since it has a picnic table and gas grill and is closest to the fully equipped cottage kitchen.

This property is located on a stretch of Lake Michigan beach that is very beautiful and private. Water temperatures during the summer are typically quite pleasant for swimming and the beach is sandy, wide and ideal for sunning. For time away from the beach, downtown Ludington is a 10 minute drive to the north and offers marinas, golf courses, fishing charters, shops, restaurants, miniature golfing/go-carting, etc. and a 4-screen movie theater. Pentwater is a 20 minute drive to the south and offers similar shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. Ludington is also home to its own State Park on Lake Michigan which includes the Big Sable Lighthouse.

I saw your cottage on the cyberrental website, and it looks like you are pretty booked up for the summer. If you have a cancellation in July, would you please notify us. Are the stairs down to the beach pretty steep. My husband and I both have bad knees.
