Quiet comfortable home with its own 200' sandy beach on two private acres. Province is a quiet, 1000 acre, clean and clear lake. Take in the beautiful views from the large deck, or the living area. Walk across the expansive lawn to the beach where you can boat, fish, swim or simply relax. The house has all of the comforts and necessities you want and need. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. First floor: cathedral ceiling family room with two story stone fireplace, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom with bath. Second floor: seating area with grand view, 2 bedrooms, and bath. Basement: sliders to the lawn, seating area and third bath.

Other attractions within 45 minutes are factory outlet shopping, antiquing, fine dining, theater, StoryLand, Heritage New Hampshire, Castle in the Clouds, the scenic Kancamagus Highway, and cruises on Lake Winnipesaukee aboard the MV Mount Washington. The Maine coast is less than 75 minutes away.

Province Lake Golf Course: Province Lake Golf Course is an 18 hole, 6279 yard, par 71 course. It has a 300 yard driving range, stocked pro shop and dining facilities. Some holes are in NH, but most are in Maine as it straddles the Maine/NH border. The course provides challenging holes in a quiet beautiful countryside setting at reasonable rates. The first 7 holes lie along Province Lake, holes 8-18 wind through gently rolling wooded hills.
