At high tide the water laps under the huge private deck making you feel like you're on a boat. Plenty of room to relax and entertain. The entire waterside wall of the house consists of glass sliders allowing the outdoor space to merge with the indoor space. You see the water everywhere - from the cute dining nook, the kitchen, the bedroom, even standing in the large bathroom and looking out while you are at the sink. Since the bedroom area nestled in the corner has been left open to the room you can even sit up in bed and look out at the water. The interior is open space, comfortably and creatively furnished including a cozy armchair and hassock, folk art pieces, as well as the owner's artwork. Enjoy cooking in the large newly renovated gourmet kitchen with bright orange corian countertops and a 5 burner stove. Sit back, relax and enjoy the sun through the overhead skylight spanning the entire width of the living room or enjoy the large screen cable TV. Waterfront living in Ptown

Since you are right on the water start off with swimming, canoeing, kayaking, boating of all sorts (rental is not far away), biking, walking, and of course wandering the wonderful streets of the West End looking at the town and its inhabitants, visiting and year-round. It's a short walk to the breakwater and Long Point Lighthouse, the Moors, Herring Cove Beach and the fantastic bike trails. Downtown and all the funky shops and restaurants that make Provincetown unique are equally accessible minutes away. Don't forget after hours at Spiritus Pizza and Tea Dance at the Boatslip.
