SECLUDED CONTEMPORARY ESTATE

My family and myself stayed in this home and were extremely impressed with the décor and cleanliness. The home was better than we could have imagined. The rooms were very large and the amenities on the property were everything one would expect. There were tons of extra blankets and pillows. The cute little shampoos and soaps were a delight for all the ladies in our family. I was surprised to see all the little extras that were provided. The kitchen had everything necessary from tons of dishes and glasses to even fine crystal stemware. We had plenty of pots and pans, serving platters and enough silverware to serve up an army.



The location of the house was perfect. It was in a beautiful private community and just a very short block to our own very private, yet huge beach. We were only a 10 minute drive to supermarkets, a pharmacy and wonderful restaurants. We didn’t get to experience as many restaurants as we wished as we grilled on the deck near the pool on the TWO big grills.



I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. As a matter of fact, I just recommended it to a co-worker. We loved the house and hope to rent next year again. Our family wants to make this an annual event.

What an extraordinary home. The decor is superb. The amenities tremendous. This is my favorite home in the Hamptons. I already reserved my vacation for 2012. Minutes to our own wonderful bay beach. Quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect home for discriminating people like myself and my family. The linens were crisp and clean. The bathrooms had all been sanitized and you could smell the fresh scent. The large quantity of towels made my family very happy. We did not need to do laundry every day. The owner provided directions to various beaches, a book on restaurants and many books on what to see and do in the Hamptons. She even emailed a 16 page "what to do in the Hamptons" which she collated to give us lots of time to make reservations for golf and restuarants. She emailed this to us after we made payment for the rental.The heated pool was clean, clear and sparkling. The weather was cool, but the pool was perfectly heated. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We have stayed in the Hamptons for many years. This home is far superior than any home that we have stayed in before. Because of the location of this home, my kids were able to bike around the area. We brought our small boat as there was a launching area within minutes of the house. To say we loved this home is an understatement. The owner was wonderful and helped us make reservations and was able to provide information on renting a crib. We are counting the days to our next vacation.

What can I say about this house and its owner. It was the best experience I have had while on vacation. The house is secluded so you feel like you are the only one there but you are close enough to town that if you need anything you are there. The owner is fantastic, She treats you like family, making sure all of your needs are met, The property itself is beautiful. The pool made our time there that much better. I will be booking my next years vacation here again.
