THANK YOU+ ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will automatically be deducted from your security deposit. This property includes electricity of 60€ per week.
+ A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire.
+ A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

Payment Terms: + To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card +1.5% handling fee. We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of EURO 2500.00 per adult named in the confirmation and we do not accept 500€ notes. In case you do pay with 500€ notes, we charge 10€ extra per 500€.
+ Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect.
+ All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee, which are included in the quoted rental fee.
