This apartment is in a great location for those who want to be within easy walking distance to all the bars, shops and restaurants that Puerto Banus has to offer. The apartment is on the 4th floor of the popular Muelle Ribera apartments which is on the second line from the harbour front of Puerto Banus. The harbour front with its many different high quality restaurants is only 60 metres from the apartment and the beaches are 150 metres from the apartment. The late night party area is also just a few metres away. There are loads of designer shops in the area and if you fancy a walk, the Golden Mile promenade is a great place to stroll.

This holiday apartment is located in Puerto Banus overlooking the yacht harbour. It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, dining area and an open kitchen. The apartment has beed decorated in a modern style with ambi light and floors imitating wood, giving it a luxurious feel. Both bedrooms have modern,, en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large walk-in shower and large terrace doors overlooking the harbour, the other bedroom has a large jacuzzi bath for 2 people. The apartment comes with a private parking space and an elevator up to the 4th floor. Puerto Banus is an ideal place if you are looking for a luxurious environment with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is no community pool in this apartment, but the beach is only 150m away. There is also parking with this property.

  • + SOME of our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will automatically be deducted from your security deposit. Please enquire about limits on each property.
    + A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire.
    + A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.
    + Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week.
