This exquisitely restored farmhouse is situated in one of the most beautiful positions, right in the heart of Chianti Classico. From its secluded position the views are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Chianti countryside at its best. The spacious interiors have been restored to a very high standard, in an authentic Tuscan style and tastefully furnished with ethnic furnishings and antiques. The living areas all open via French windows onto the garden on one side and an internal patio on the other, making the rooms very light and airy. In the patio there is a lovely vine-covered pergola with marble table, ideal for “al fresco” dining. To the front of the house, the furnished terraces provide the perfect spot for enjoying the magnificent views. On this side, there is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives. Resident cat at the property. Internet connection (wi-fi) available. The one-km road is not suitable for cars with low suspensions.

Ground Floor: Entrance; large sitting room with fireplace opening onto the garden and internal patio with pergola furnished for “al fresco” meals; second sitting room with dining area; big kitchen opening onto a terrace/garden; cloakroom; twin bedroom with bathroom.

First Floor: Double bedroom with 4-poster bed; bathroom with jacuzzi bath; bedroom with French bed (with own exit via a stairway to the garden); tower bedroom (up a narrow “ladder” staircase) with French bed and wonderful views; shower bathroom; twin bedroom with bathroom; galleried area overlooking sitting room with sofa and books; large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

  • 1. BOOKING
    A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid. no contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 3.

    2. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
    The balance of the payment must be paid at least eight weeks before departure. If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit. For bookings made within eight weeks of departure date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday at the time of booking.
  • 3. CANCELLATION BY YOU
    It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost.8 weeks or more before departure Deposit(30%)8-6 weeks before departure 50%6 weeks-departure date 100% Cancellations must be received in writing by us.
