Spacious family home set in 1/3rd of an acre of secluded garden. Large un-overlooked screened pool(30 feet x 15 feet) and covered lanai for relaxing in either sun or shade. The lanai with it's full size table is ideal for family meals at the poolside or just relaxing with a drink after a day at the parks. The house is fully equipped for all your holiday needs and the pool can be accessed directly from the living room and two of the bedrooms. Separate access is also available from the pool to one of the bathrooms. If you are considering a two centre holiday combining Disney with the Gulf Coast, we can offer you the opportunity of cost savings and easy booking arrangements if you would like to consider our friend's villa in Bradenton, Sarasota. Doral Woods is a beautiful, exclusive development situated just south of Kissimmee. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of a conservation area with established trees and shrubs surrounding the property. There is abundant wildlife and children will love to see the squirrels playing in the trees around the house. The complex itself contains a floodlit tennis court, a sparkling community pool and provides a peaceful setting to add to your recreation, relaxation and peace of mind. Two beautiful nature reserves can be found only minutes away – one is run and maintained by local schools and the other is run by the Disney Corporation and is a fascinating insight into the reclamation of commercialised land back into a natural habitat.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note pool heating may be required between November and April and is a chargeable extra at £10 per day and advance notice of this is needed so the heater can be switched on before your arrival.
  • 2009/10 half term school holidays are subject to £50 weekly surcharge.
  • A deposit of £150 will secure your booking and act as a security deposit. This is refundable at the end of your holiday. Full payment for the rental period is due 8 weeks before your departure. Please note we accept midweek bookings and extra days at pro rata.

Local facilities: Conveniently situated only 20 minutes from the main gates of Disney, 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 60 minutes from Sanford airport and only 10 minutes from the many and varied shops, restaurants and supermarkets on route 192. There is a shopping mall in Poinciana which is only 10 minutes away that has a Publix, Walmart and Blockbuster(DVD/video rental). The miles and miles of beautiful beaches at St. Petersburg/Clearwater on the Gulf Coast or Daytona/Cocoa Beach on the Atllantic Coast are approx 60 mins drive. Horse World is only a couple of minutes away and offers another way to see the countryside – Western style trail rides are available for the advanced rider and the complete novice. The nearest public golf course is Kissimmee Oaks which is a 10 minute drive and there are plenty of other golf courses within a short drive Fishing is available in the many nearby lakes.

We chose this property for the amenities. It was a beautiful house and well maintained. Tastefully furnished and well appointed. The owner Chris was very helpful and extremely polite in the emails we exchanged and the owner was very quick to respond in communication. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners provided an excellent service including excellent directions from the airport. In the property the owners also left lots of information including a hand drawn map giving excellent directions to supermarkets, attractions etc. The property is situated in an excellent location which is very quiet but well situated for disney, all other attractions and restaurants. The pool is an excellent size and not overlooked with a very nice garden beyond. There is lots of wildlife which comes to the garden area.

A superb week in the sun

We stayed at the villa for a week in March 2009. The property is just as described, was immaculately clean and well cared for. It is in a quiet and peaceful location and is very secluded in its position.
All in all it was first class and an ideal base to explore the area from or to simply stay and soak up the sun.

We enyoyed the days in this beautiful Villa. We had a good contact with the owner and got a lot of service. If we stay in Kissimee again we would try do it at this place !!! The heated pool was brilliant .

We had a first rate service from both the owners before we left the UK, and from the porperty management service. The villa was clean and very well maintained, and the discription of the property was accurate. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
