Beautiful 2 Bedroom Duplex Moments From Hyde Park

We rented this flat for spring break and it was a nice flat. The heat was not sufficient for the unseasonably cold weather that week but the property manager dropped off a space heater - helped, but still not really sufficient. It was convenient to Paddington station and tube stop and made it really easy to get around. Lots of space, bathrooms and kitchen were quite nice.
Couple of complaints - the property was not clean on arrival - the vacuum was broken and the carpets were never vacuumed - we would have vacuumed but since the vacuum was broken, could not even do it. Washer/Dryer was broken and the sheets were not clean and the linens were not like the ones in the photograph. Again, the property manager dropped off some sheets and towels but we had to send out our laundry as we thought we would have the W/D. The property manager reimbursed us.

When we booked the flat there was a weekly price and a monthly price advertised but the weekly price was just for a two week or more rental - we felt this was misleading. They did give us some consideration but did not meet the weekly rent advertised.
