Paradise in East Hampton, Wonderful East Hampton “escape” located on 1.5 park-like acres is available for summer rental, at reduced pricing. The landscape is abundant with mature trees. Set on a cul-de-sac and backed by a twenty six acre reserve .As you swim in the glittering waters of the SOLAR HEATED POOL, you will delight in hearing the waterfall trickling down the nearby hillside and enjoy an excellent sound system. A private outdoor shower opens to the stars. After a dinner of lobster and blueberry pie you can walk to the bay beach down the road. The interior of the house has ten foot ceilings and gives one a feeling of openness with its restful and inviting colors, oversized windows and French doors which lead out to the pool. House has central-conditioning with tropical ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Newly renovated kitchen including granite counter-tops, limestone backsplash and Viking and Bosch stainless appliances. Solar heated pool. All Amenities Included.
