Your privacy is assured because it is set on a cul-de-sac and backed by a twenty six acre reserve .Swim in the Salt Water, SOLAR HEATED POOL listening to the sounds of the waterfall on the nearby hillside. Or if you like listen to your favorite tunes by the pool supplied by the excellent housewide sound system. The private outdoor shower features hot and cold water. Bay beaches are a short walk down the road..

The interior of the house has ten foot ceilings and gives one a feeling of openness with its restful and inviting colors. There are oversized windows and French doors lead out to the pool. Central-conditioning with tropical ceiling fans in all bedrooms keep you cool. A newly renovated kitchen has granite counter-tops, Viking and Bosch stainless appliances.
