This wonderful immaculate East Hampton escape is located on 1.5 park-like acres abundant with mature trees is available for summer rental. Your privacy is assured because it is set on a cul-de-sac and backed by a twenty six acre reserve .Swim in the SOLAR HEATED SALTWATER POOL listening to the sounds of the waterfall on the nearby hillside. Or if you desire, listen to your favorite tunes by the pool supplied by the excellent housewide sound system. The private outdoor shower features hot and cold water. Bay beaches are a short walk down the road..

The interior of the house features ten foot ceilings and giving one a feeling of openness. Colors of the home are warm and restful. The oversized windows and French Doors lead out to the expansive deck containing the 40x20 pool. Central-conditioning with tropical ceiling fans in all bedrooms keep you cool. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter-tops, Viking and Bosch stainless appliances.HANDICAPPRD FRIENDLY BATHROOM.
