A bright and comfortable option, warmly decorated. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift available).
You will appreciate the two bedrooms in suite and the spacious living-room.
The neighbourhood is very friendly : great local wine bar next door (Cava Jufre), and good local restaurant across the road (Mamma Rosa).
Excellent location with access to the metro and walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife.
In the same street, 50 m away, you can dance Tango in a wonderful place : Estudio Dinzel.
I stayed in this apartment for over two weeks with two close friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only is the apartment very aesthetic and inviting but the area in which it is located is perfect - don't forget to have a wine in the wine bar below the apartment or a broccoli spaghetti from Mamma Rosa's across the street. Enjoy!
We loved, loved, loved this house! Everything from the rooftop terrace with BBQ (which we used to cook some amazing and cheap steaks from a little grocery store right around the corner), to the cute balcony off the living room, to the very comfortable beds - this was a fantastic place to stay! There were 4 adults in our group, but this place could very comfortably sleep 6. There are a ton of shops and places to eat within walking distance, including a Jumbo supermarket that sells just about everything you could possibly need. There is a really nice wine bar literally right outside the front door, and the metro (subway) station is not far to walk to. The owner also provided various suggestions of places to eat and see nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer!
We loved this apartment in Palermo Soho! It was spacious with nicely decorated rooms, a fully functional kitchen, and a lovely terrace with bbq - all in a great location. We had five adults and were very comfortable. There are plenty of terrific restaurants within walking distance. The photos are very representative of this lovely apartment. The owner was easy to work with - very responsive. We would stay here again!
I suppose I should begin with the photos, which were what sold me on staying here. Well, the apartment is exactly like the alluring pictures, if not better. Everything in the apartment conspired to put us at ease - from the charming balcony off the brick-ceilinged living room and the gas fireplace, down to the jacuzzi tub in the skylit master bath, flawless wireless Internet service, and the premium bed linen. Many great conversations were had sitting around the kitchen island, which is where we ate a delicious asado with several friends, who then joined us on the roof terrace for drinks when the day (and the built-in asado/bbq) cooled down. Oh, the roof terrace... If only I lived this well back home in New York!
The neighborhood - on the edge of Palermo Soho - was very welcoming, and we liked that it was a little bit removed from the ultra-hipness of Palermo Soho and that it felt like a real neighborhood. We found our morning coffee just down the street out front of the car wash (sounds odd, but the coffee is great, and we gringos love convenience, don't we?), and even a very reasonable laundry service just 3 blocks away on Cordoba (which also hosts a bunch of outlet stores and, even better, some cool boutiques that sell Argentinean-made clothese worth checking out, imho). The wine shop/bar on the corner is a jewel, and the owner holds wine-tasting seminars one evening a week. I could go on and on, but I don't want this to sound like a paid advertisement for this apartment (which is actually a split-level townhouse). But it's hard not to rave - I'm very happy to recommend this wonderful place, and its attentive owners, to anyone reading this who wants to steep her or himself in the porteño experience and actually live a life (cook meals, have guests over, get work done, sleep for a million hours) while on vacation. You can't do that in a hotel!
This apartment looks just like the pictures, so there will be no surprises. The location is excellent! We felt safe in the neighborhood and could walk to so many places, restaurants, shopping, and groceries. There was this great little restaurant across the street, "Momma Rosa's" and a neat little wine shop next door, " La Cava Jufre". The roof top terrace was great having an outdoor barbeque although we would just go up there every evening for drinks and conversation.. We would return here without hesitation and would recommend it to friends..
Seguindo as orientações do site, vamos as avaliações:
- A descrição do imóvel estava precisa.
