The award winning Kotor Vista complex was completed in August 2009, it is a modern yet sympathetic complex featuring 2 heated pools, one with jacuzzi, children’s play area. There is also internet access available via Wi-Fi.

It is one of the finest developments in Kotor Bay and takes self catering to another level in Montenegro.

The apartment boasts luxury living, allied with a stunning convenient location in one of the Adriatic’s best kept secrets.

There are 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has sliding patio doors leading to the balcony, wake up to stunning views of the fjord! An en suite bathroom with bath and shower with a screen . Bathroom 2 is fitted with a shower unit enclosure (there is also a washing machine in this bathroom)

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating if required.

Large open plan living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen features all the appliances you would expect including full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, cooker with 4 ring halogen hob, oven and grill, there is also a microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.

The dining area has a large glass topped table with four dining chairs.

The lounge area has a settee and 2 armchairs with large flat screen satellite TV,DVD /CD player, large sliding patio doors leading to the balcony with a wooden topped rattan patio table and 4 chairs.

We have a large selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.

We have equipped the apartment to be the 'home from home' in a contemporary style to make sure our guests have the experience they deserve to make this a memorable vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of the Adriatic less.

Within walking distance around the spectacular bay is the old town of Kotor a UNESCO world heritage site. Here you can enjoy historic and cultural treasures of this medieval town. The old city walls spiral up the mountain and make for some breathtaking walks & views of the bay. Kotor also offers a unique shopping experience with many individual boutique shops. Foodies among you, can enjoy the excellent cuisine and local wines along the waterfront or in the narrow cobbled streets and piazzas of the old town. Small pebble beaches surround the sea lake. Day trips to Perast, Hecig Novi, Budva, Becici & Sveti Stefan make for some good days out. There is excellent skiing in the winter months at Kolasin and Zabljak 170 km away. The 4 national parks, Lake Skadar, Lovcen, Biogradska Gora and Durmito, offer a paradise of flora and fauna to around 280 bird species. Durmitor with its impressive Tara Canyon is the second deepest canyon in the world & is renowned for its White Water Rafting.

    • 20% of total holiday cost is required to guarantee your booking. This is non- refundable.
    80% of total holiday cost is required 60 days prior to your arrival. This is non refundable.
  • A deposit of 250 Euros is required on key handover and will be returned on departure after a full itinerary check is completed. Please report any breakages, damage or anything requiring attention in the apartment to the agent on key return. We will try to accommodate your arrival and departure dates. Part weekly booking will be charged at the daily rate. Check in is 3pm or later. Check out is 11am. Should you require any changes to the above please contact us direct to discuss your requirements. Please check the apartment thoroughly for your belongings and if used please put the folding bikes back clean in the bags provided. Thank you
  • • Montenegro Tourist Tax
    Please be advised that a Montenegro tourist tax is now enforced for all foreign holiday guests staying within the country. At present this is set at 0.80 Euros per person per day. 0.40 Euros for children under 18 years and is not charged for children under 12 years old. As you can see this will not amount to much but you should pay this small amount to our agents on arrival at the apartment who will log your stay and payment in their records. Thank you.
