This lovely cottage is nicely decorated and has comfortable furniture. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room, dining area and kitchen are the open concept. The dining room table presently sits six and can be expanded to sit ten. There is a laundry room with the washer and dryer. The furnished three-season porch with a double futon is located on the back of the house along with a three sided fenced yard with a gas grill, table with umbrella, chairs and additional lawn furniture to sit ten. We do supply the propane with an extra bottle on standby. We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your beach days. The ocean is a short walk away. We also provide provide beach front parking if you prefer not to walk. We want to make your vacation a pleasant experience. You will find this home to be a very clean, comfortable and cozy place to stay. We live nearby and are always available if needed.

Relax on one of the most beautiful beaches in New England. Enjoy the natural beauty of the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, home to more than 300 species of birds. The island has restaurants and a convenience store. A short drive brings you to historic downtown Newburyport, a quaint New England fishing village perfect for shopping and fine dining. The waterfront has many attractions including a boardwalk, antique shops, whale watches, harbor cruises and deep-sea fishing. Maudslay State Park along the Merrimack River has miles of hiking trails. Boston is less than an hour away by car or train, or take the scenic drive down Route 1A to other waterfront communities for shopping and restaurants. Golf courses are also available in the area of Newbury and Newburyport.

Very Clean Vacation Home

We just stayed here for the first time--we liked it so much that we want to come back again next year. The owner keeps her places very clean, nothing is out of place. I very highly recommend staying here. I liked the fact that you could walk to the beach, we had a gas grill to cook on, washer & dryer which is nice, you have beach chairs/beach towels. You feel like your at home.
