Spacious stone built early 19th century Provencal Mas with 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 2 twin bedrooms, all overlooking the garden/pool. Peaceful,rural setting, yet within easy reach of all local amenities and attractions.

Large family lounge with functional fireplace and separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room,games room/second lounge and 2 further bathrooms. Office and house equipped with WiFi, satellite TV and central heating throughout for off-season rentals.

Fully enclosed child/pet friendly garden with secure parking area. Garden laid to lawn with mature hedging and pretty shrub borders.

Delightful 12mx5m pool edged by shaded terrace and barbecue/outside dining space. Separate pool house with shower/wc.

A WONDERFUL WEEK

We had a really wonderful week staying here. The house is lovely and so big and spacious and the garden is completely enclosed with an eletric gate so we felt secure and happy to know that the children could not escape and no random people or dogs could get in. The children loved the pool and spent hours playing on the platform and there was lots of inflatables to keep them busy and nice sun beds for us!
The trip to Uzes was great and we also went to a local vineyard and kayaking. Sadly the age is minimum age is 6 so don't make any promises to little ones like we did! We also went to the Haribo museum which the children loved (as you can imagine).
Phil and Ray who look after the house were really helpful and ready to answer any questions and the house itself was clean and tidy with everything you could need.
I would really recommend this house to anyone of any age. There is something for everyone. Secretly though I didn't want to review this place as I want to come back next year for 2 weeks and don't want it to get too booked up!!!

OUR BEST HOLIDAY EVER...

We really loved this beautiful house set in a fabulous location with access to so many wonderful areas. We easily reached the beach and many other exciting villages and places. The house was perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of London. Much time was spent bobbing in the pool with a glass of wine and we had barbecues every night. The children really loved it, only down side was the French flies which couldn't be controlled...Phil was amazing, couldn't have been more kind and helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. Canoeing was fab, all in all a very happy family holiday, we will be back!

IDYLIC FARMHOUSE IN GORGEOUS SETTING

We had a wonderful week lazing by the pool, enjoying the laid back nearby town and generally chilling out!

A trip to Uzes is a must, as is kyaking down river to the Pont du Gard - stopping off at one of the inlets to enjoy a picnic and taking in the views was a highlight.

Would definitely go back!

The Mas is situated a stone's throw away from the small charming village of Sanilhac Sagriès, with its boulangerie and restaurants. The historic town of Uzès is only 7kms away, with its fantastic Saturday market, numerous quality restaurants,bars,shops and sight-seeing opportunities.

The magnificent Pont-du-Gard is a mere 15 minutes car journey, or alternatively, why not canoe down the River Gardon to it from nearby Collias? Of equal historical interest are nearby Nïmes and Avignon.

There are numerous cycling and walking routes on the doorstep and countless picturesque villages to explore.

The Mas boasts its own beautiful pool, or for a change of scenery there is the river beach at Collias.

There is an abundance of top class restaurants in the vicinity, including Michelin starred Le Castellas in Collias and Le Vieux Castillon in Castillon du Gard. Otherwise why not purchase some fresh,local produce from the market or local farm shop and cook it yourself on the BBQ?
