Disappointed and Would Not Recommend

The apartment did not live up to my expectations. My group was told to meet the property manager at 12:15pm to access the unit, however we ended up having to wait an hour before someone finally showed up. Keep in mind it was 12 degrees with the winchill and we all had several pieces of luggage with us. We ended up having to wander the streets in order to find somewhere warm to wait. No suggestions as to where to wait were provided. Once inside the unit, we noticed there were only 2 bath towels provided for four guests, and no washer/dryer as indicated in the amenties section (perhaps we didn't look in the right area). The property was not well-maintained and did not appear as it looked in the pictures. We ended leaving one day early and checking into a hotel to complete our stay in Amsterdam. I would not recommend this place to a friend or relative.

We do not know what happened but this name is not known by us?
I think there must be some miscommunication.
Washer & dryer are there, in the garage.
We always provide enough towels, if asked for. There's also clean bed linen & towels in the closets. Also extra in the closet in the garage.
We were not contacted that there were 'problems'/ towels missing and so on?
We have a special service to take care of the house so if anything has not gone right, we would like to know.
