Our home has one of the most beautifully landscaped and secluded backyards in Las Vegas. The yard is spacious with a solar-heated pool and spa in a zen-like setting. The outdoor jacuzzi is in a covered redwood gazebo which gives a Japanese flavor to your soaking experience. A large covered patio with ceiling fans, glass top tables and a gas BBQ offers outdoor entertainment alternatives. You have your choice of dining in the family room in front of the big-screen TV, in the formal dining room under the palm fan, or outdoors under the covered patio. Turn on the pool and tree lights at night and the scene becomes magical. We have created an Asian Pacific-theme home with imported, hand-crafted furnishings providing an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. Convenient to the strip and the airport in a private, gated community, this one-story home has a large master king bedroom & bath, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with queen beds & a double sleeper sofa in living room.

A genuine Vegas Oasis

The villa was a pleasure to stay in. The pool was wonderful, adjacent to the covered lanai where we could relax in the shade on the comfy chairs listening to the bird song. We even saw humming birds, an unexpected bonus. It was an easy drive to any part of the Strip, and much more relaxing than staying in one of the casino hotels. The gated community was private and felt safe. The owners were very helpful, accessible and approachable at all times. We would love to stay again and recommend the villa to anyone. Best Home in Vegas!!!!

We have rented 3 different homes in Vegas over the last 3 years and Phil and Cindy's is by far the best we've stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. You feel so comfortable and cozy as soon as you walk through the doors. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood and still close enough to the strip to enjoy it yet be away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who enjoys some quiet romantic relaxing time in Vegas. Absolutely the BEST vacation that we've had in Vegas in 5 years and will only be renting with you in the future.

We had a wonderfull time in your villa and found it to be everything we had hoped for. It was just a 5 minute taxi ride from the strip and a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and starbucks! We loved it and would recommend to anyone! Many thanks

Best Home in Las Vegas !

I suprised my wife with a trip to Las Vegas and decided to rent a house to "get away" for the noise on the strip. This house was the best ! The pool, Hot tub and comfort of the home was the best ! Phil & Cindy have a great home and looking forward to staying here again !
