CASA ANNA 'in Anzio, near Rome, is located in a quiet residential area, about 4 km from the city center. The beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes walk and equipped from June to September with sun loungers and parasols. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. The train station from were runs the train to Rome is about 2 km from the house.
The friendly, well-equipped apartment (60 sqm) is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a separate entrance, private garden and parking space. The apartment is very attractively decorated and furnished and has a living-dining area with TV, open kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher and access to the large covered patio overlooking the small garden with barbecue. In the living room there is a sofa-bed.
One bedroom with double bed and access to a small garden, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a spacious bathroom with wday light and shower offer enough space for 4-5 people. The friendly and cozy atmosphere, the large veranda in the front, the good furniture in the Italian style and the quiet location near the beach provide a very pleasant and comfortable stay for families with children. Pets are welcome.
