The house is fully equipped for 8-10 people. The ground floor apartment has a large living room with open kitchen to the living room and a fully equipped bathroom. From the living room and kitchen you come directly to your large private garden with barbecue and veranda with sofas and dining table in summer and spring.

From the garden you come directly to the large communal area with children's play area is only used by 10 neighbors.

On the first floor you access to 4 bedrooms (including master suite) and 2 bathrooms.

In second floor access a 5 bedroom / living room with access to terrace with stunning views.

At home you can enjoy the tranquility and spend some great holidays.
