'TROPICAL VIEW': Absolutely gorgeous villa, equipped and furnished to a very high standard, to provide all the comforts of home. 'Tropical View' is fenced on either side for seclusion, and offers a view from the screened pool of conservation land - native trees and fauna. The pool area has larger-than-average decking with four sun loungers for sun-bathers. The villa boasts three Master bedrooms - two King suites with en-suite-facilities and a queen master bedroom with ensuite. There are two further bedrooms with twin-size beds and shared bathroom. All bedrooms include televisions with built in DVD/VCR. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard, and fully equipped with all utensils, linens, towels, etc., For your added comfort, there is even a separate inside utility room and a coats cupboard! A selection of family games and DVDs is available in the Greater Room for our guests' pleasure.

Indian Creek is located just 1 mile south of Highway 192 west, on Sand Hill Road. Within the community are tennis courts, a children's playground, a putting green and a multi-purpose court. The nearest shopping centre to Indian Creek is just a couple of minutes down the road at Formosa Gardens, where there are restaurants, a supermarket, British-owned photographic shop, and other facilities. These include the Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, an Italian and Chinese restaurants. Of course, you can take your pick from any of the other places to eat or show on the nearby 192. Indian Creek is a private development, approximately 5 minutes’ drive from any of the Disney parks and 15 minutes from Seaworld, Universal Studios and its sister park, Islands of Adventure. Orlando International is just 30 minutes' drive.

  • Prices are inclusive of all Florida sales taxes and all utilities, except pool heating (optional at cost of $160/£100 per week including taxes- recommended October - April.)
    Cancellation by guests
    In the event of you needing to cancel this booking, the following conditions and charges will apply
    1) Cancellation in the period from booking up until 12 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to begin, will result in the loss of one half of the booking deposit.
    2) Cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks will result in full loss of the booking deposit.
    3) Cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks of commencement of the vacation/holiday will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.
    4) Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to commence will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.

Wow !!! What a villa !!!

I can honestly recommend Tropical View for anyone wanting luxury accomodation at a reasonable price. The villa is perfectly situated in the "tourist areas" so getting to all the main attractions is a doodle. The villa's owners are helpful, and kind, and the communication was excellent at all times. The pool is a perfect size for the villa, and is well maintained and very security conscious with alarms on all outside doors to alert adults to little runaways heading for the pool !!! Unlike most pools in that area, Tropical View has an un-overlooked pool, which we all agreed was fantastic, some other villas backed onto eachothers pool areas, and lacked privacy....but this was like having no neibours !!! The bedrooms are very well laid out and huge !!! As a party of 11, we had more than enough space, and the kitchen catered for us all too !!! The owners have paid enormous attention to detail, and you will want for nothing whilst there !!! To finish, - we will thouroughly recommend Tropical View to our friends, and will be returning for sure again !!!

My friends and i had a wonderful time in villa. The house has a good location, and the owners was very kind. The process of renting was very easy. The villa is clean and well-maintened.

Terrific Tropical View

We had a fantastic week in Tropical View. It provided a perfect base for us to explore Orlando and beyond. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the seven of us. We liked to pool which was not over looked and had a fabulous view of the Nature reserve. Anyone lucky enough to stay here should try the Outback and Houlihan's restaurants, where the food was good and reasonably priced. The supermarket at the end of the road was also very handy.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was very nice and clean villa with a nice size of pool.
This villa was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for families with kids. Everything you may need was available in the villa. We stayed for a week and very much satisfied. It's also very close to Disney Parks and SeaWorld. The reantal price was also lower compare to other villas.

Location, Location, Location! Lovely to be near 192 and all its restaurants and shops. Also lovely to be near Disney (Animal Kingdom only 5 mins down Sherberth Rd!). The icing on the cake is to be unoverlooked and to have the 'conservancy' at the back of your home. Other advantages include the size of your home: 5 proper bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and plenty of living space as well. Cleanliness excellent - obviously well looked after generally and the cleaners also do a good job between lets. Loved the DVD collection. We had a great time at your home - many thanks!
