Villa In Pernera And Is Within Walking Distance To All Amenities And The Beach

This villa is located in a prime position in Pernera. A corner plot on a quiet complex, it is within easy walking distance to all amenities that the area has to offer.

This private property is completely gated, making it safe for children, and has off road parking to the side. A stone garden with trees and bushes line the walls either side of the villa whilst the stunning pool takes centre stage at the rear of this glorious property.

The main entrance, at the front of the property, opens into a bright and modern living/dining area which has patio doors leading to the pool and outdoor area. The room makes the most of the streaming sunlight which pours through all the windows and reflects on the bright white walls. Canvas artwork is dotted around bringing colour to the villa.

Relax in the cool air conditioning on the comfy sofas whilst watching TV or the DVD player (please bring your own DVDs).

The beautifully fitted modern kitchen is fully equipped with a built in electric oven and separate electric hob, microwave, washing machine, built in fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a modern and beautifully tiled convenient ground floor w/c.

You will be thrilled when you walk out of the patio doors on to the large pool area with white fencing that adds to the privacy of the villa. Make the most of relaxing on the sun beds around the pool and enjoy eating al fresco in the beautiful Cypriot sun.

Stairs with two windows lead to the first floor of the property where there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, all of which have matching furniture and large fitted wardrobes. There is also a large family bathroom with shower over bath, again beautifully tiled, with storage above and below the sink.

A door from the landing opens up onto a balcony at the front of the property.

The master double bedroom has a patio door leading onto the balcony which overlooks the pool. It also benefits from a large ensuite shower room with hand basin and w/c.
