fabulous home - - even nicer than we had expected

We recently stayed in Seaside Escape for 5 nights with our 14 year old grandson. The home is gorgeous with a huge kitchen, living room and dining room. When you pull up in front of the house and look thru the glass entry door you can see right thru the home, across Kachemak bay and to the snow covered mountains across the bay - - you could never tire of that view!!! The upstairs loft was our little escape each evening to play cards or work on the puzzle we bought in Homer - - - the lack of actual nighttime darkness found us still up playing skip-bo till after midnight. it was really fun - - We miss it! While in Homer, we fished, went clamming across the bay, walked the shops on the Spit and could sit on the deck of the home for hours watching the eagles soar by. We did dig up enough clams for a pot of clam chowder. By the way, the fresh oysters at Kachemak Bay fish growers out on the spit were the best we have ever had. We hope to return to this area soon and this home would be one of the reasons for our return!!!
