After the input first arrives in the cozy living room with fireplace, dining room, TV. Following the functional kitchen with patio doors leading to a terrace is located.

Then enter a hallway. From here you get to the 2 bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. At the end of the hall is a bathroom with tub / shower bidet, toilet and sink.

The living room has a sofa bed yet, so possibly 6 people here can enjoy a wonderful holiday. (But only on request and at an additional cost).

Enjoy magnificent views of pine. There is a portable barbecue.

This house is ideal for families with children.

The house is located in the center of beautiful little Llevantina `urbanization 'unusual in a green oasis. On the property there is a parking lot. The magnificent beach `Cala Canyelles' is only about 3 km away. 'Snail' is a cozy cottage with garden in typical Spanish style. The community pool is located right next door. 'Snail' is about 80 m2.

  • Should this villa can be booked and during his vacation period desired, please email me and request alternative accommodation, because I have several options for accommodation of different size, quality and location to offer! You may request details of my personal website.
  • When this villa is rented, a deposit payment of 30% of the rental fee is required. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit payment has been received. The balance of the rental fee can be paid on arrival.
    On arrival a security deposit of € 500 is required which will be refunded upon departure if the property has been duly vacated.
  • The rent is reserved exclusively for the people mentioned in the confirmation and any other person all you are allowed to stay there unless otherwise agreed in writing me. You must vacate the property on the morning of departure (until 10:00 am) to allow for cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The villa is ready for occupation after the afternoon (approx 15. 00).
