Perfect for two! Quiet, one bedroom, sunny, pine-paneled living room and kitchenette in two unit cottage. Entrance and outdoor sitting area have private view of pleasant, spacious backyard. Small sleep sofa available for additional person. Coffee shops within 2 minute walk or make your own breakfasts.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Conveniently located in the center of historic Chatham Village, but a short walk to three Atlantic beaches and light house. Within a ten minute walk are tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, summer league baseball games, town landing, fish pier, parks, windmill, historic area, shops, galleries, summer theatre, library and many fine restaurants. Great walking neighborhood! A short drive to Pleasant Bay, Nantucket Sound, fresh water ponds, harbor and seal tours, Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, and conservation walking trails. Chatham is centrally located to mid and lower Cape. Cape Museum of Fine Arts, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Cape Cod National Seashore, Nickerson State Park, Hyannis, Provincetown, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard all within 45 minutes.

A great location in Chatham

We had a wonderful time at this little cottage. We liked the original art on the walls and the thick wood panelling. The cottage was situated in town within walking distance of cute shops and great restaurants. It was also within walking distance of Chatham Lighthouse and the beach front. Chatham was also convenient for exploring the Lower and Outer Cape. Our hosts were pleasant and unobtrusive (perfect). We recommend it.

Our cottage was perfectly located for strolling in town, and walking to Lighthouse beach. The size was perfect for the 2 of us, and had all the amenities that we wanted. It was definitely clean ane well maintained with the owners on site. The weather and proximity to water provided wonderful breezes. Our owners were very friendly, welcoming and offered suggestions about nature trails to visit. I think that one of the best parts of this property is that it has a beautiful garden view offering peace and quiet to get a rejuvenating break before heading back out for more walking, biking, a stop for ice cream, or a trip to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
