'The Tucker' located in Oak Bluffs is available on a weekly basis year-round. The house features 5 bedrooms with private baths. There are 2.5 additional baths and an outside shower. There is everything a large family or group would need for an enjoyable vacation, including fenced yard with gas grill, large covered porch, 3 second floor balconies, color televisions in all bedrooms, formal dining room, and fireplaced living room. Built in 1872, the house was updated in 1990, the kitchen in 2000. The restored interior features period wallpapers, heart pine floors, and historic moldings and trim.

Location: Martha's Vineyard < Massachusetts < USA

The home overlooks Hartford Park, a quiet residential park in the heart of the historic Copeland District. Within walking distance are public tennis courts, children's playground, basketball court, and practice golf area. Public transportation is nearby as well as ferries to Woods Hole, Falmouth, Hyannis, New Bedford and Nantucket. Caar, jeep, motorcycle, bike, boat and jet ski rentals are also nearby. The sandy lifeguarded Town Beach and Circuit Ave are a short stroll away. On Circuit Ave you'll find movie theaters, game room, clubs and pubs, shopping, ice cream and coffee shops, as well as a food market and post office. Restaurants nearby will satisfy everyone's tastes.
