We just returned from our vacation on 8/22 and we had a blast!! The house was wonderful and the pictures were accurate.....very well maintained home!!. we had space for our large group... 7 adults, three toddlers, one infant, one preteen and one teenager...there was enough room for everyone. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms clean (although, the rugs in the living room and hallway needed a good shampooing.) Used the sofa bed for the older kids, The dining room was great for meals. The week we were there was VERY HOT and we put the fans to good use!! The house is on a quiet street. The kids had a great time in the yard playing. They used the bikes, we grilled all nights but one. We went to the beach...you can walk it or take the car. Hyannis is about 7 miles away..enjoyed Main Street. We took the steamship ferry to MV!!!! Overall, wonderful time, would do it again!!

We brought things we didn't need because the house is stocked!! Tom, you did way that!! The kitchen has everything!! The basement has all types of goodies for the beach...chairs, umbrellas, and other beach toys!! The house has a VHS player and our games and movies required a DVD player..should of brought one...oh well!! Worth it anyway!

Owner's Response: A little outdated I agree. The VCR goes and a DVD is on the way!
The "dog days of summer" on the cape are getting hotter! More air conditioning units are going to be needed for those hot days occasionally seen in August. As for the rugs, they will get a nice shampoo at the end of summer rentals as usual. When spills occur, we take of care of those areas with spot cleaners as needed.
