Just minutes from the Village of Southampton and ocean beaches, this nineteenth-century, historic farmhouse has thirteen antique-furnished, country-style rooms and six-and-a-half baths with hardwood flooring throughout. A grand living room and dining room are supplemented by the houses quaint breakfast room, just one of the houses many unique architectural features. The updated kitchen connects through French doors to a grand stone patio, which serves as an ideal setting for entertaining and/ or large family gatherings, and is perfect for enjoying the peaceful vista of the property's one and a half acres. The house also features an oversized newly-built, all-weather tennis court, new Gunite pool and hot tub, and a deluxe hardwood-frame swing set, set in a private lawn dotted with maples.
