The beaches of Crescent Beach are truly spectacular with stretches of powdery white sand, beautiful waves of the ultra clear Atlantic Ocean. This Oceanfront Condo is located in the Beacher's Lodge complex.It offers a heated swimming pool,private oceanfront balcony, full kitchen,newly remodeled. This queen-size suite accommodates two to four people.

Lovely St. Augustine is 10 miles away, It's a pleasure to explore the nation's oldest city. Set your own pace - swim, bicycle, or just stroll our breath taking miles of soft sand then return to the comfort of your oceanfront Condo. Once you've been to Jazz's Condo I am sure you will want to return again and again.

One thing I can say about myself is my personality radiates as I smile with everyone

face to face or over the phone. My dependability, style and wisdom are just a few things I bring to my business. I can turn on the charm and like the click of a light switch make a difference in someone's vacation. I will always figure out a way to accommodate a special request and that it will be handled with ALL THAT JAZZ!

Why The Owner chose St. Augustine Beach

I chose to buy this property in this area because it is a oceanfront property and this is the closest you can be to the ocean. Because of rules and regulation now no one can build so close to the beach anymore.

What makes this condo unique

I enjoy the sound of the waves, the sunrise in the morning, the miles and miles of soft white sand, the clear blue water just like the carribean ocean. The attractions in St. Augustine downtown areas, and the property is on an Island, Anastasia Island how cool is that.

Thanks Jazz! My friend and I had a great time staying in your condo. As promised, it was clean and fully equiped as you seemed to anticipate our every need to make our stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view of the beach and watching the turtles and rabbits run around the dunes! It was also very private and relaxing and I have a feeling we have found our new "get away"! See you next year!

our family stayed in this condo and loved it~very clean and neat,beds are very comfortable too! we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the oceanview! The owner is so wonderful and easy going ,it was such a pleasure staying here and meeting her. this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at this location. we will definitely call her again next yr when we are ready for vacation!

WE HAD THE BEST TIME IN THIS CONDO SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR AND JAZZ WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!!!! I WILL COME BACK AND RENT FRM HER AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!!!

I can not say enough good things about Jazz and her condo. We love it and it makes us feel at home. This was the 2nd year in a row that we stayed here and it is perfect. I love it that we can walk right out onto the patio to the pool then to the beach. It is perfect for us. Jazz was so accommodating last year when we needed to bring our little toy fox terrier BudD. He loved it. This year he was not with us because he passed away in May,2011. Staying here brought back such wonderful memories of him. We will always stay here when we come to St. Augustine. Love you Jazz!

Once again I am so blessed to meet great people word canot explain how lucky I am. Nick and Cheryl left the condo July 9th , 2011 I WALKED IN THE CONDO AND IT WAS SPOTLESS, I MEANT SPOTLESS! and I said to myself what did I DO TO DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT AND TEARS CAME TO MY EYES, Then I pat mysel on the back and told myself you are a great person yourself keep up the good work....Thanks guys stay bless
