This luxury apartment fully furnished, air conditioned, has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a terrace overlooking the sea, is located in a condominium with pool and private beach, white sand and turquoise sea only for its residents, within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping centers.
Car: not necessary

Stanza Mare is a quiet and safe condominium, oceanfront beachfront, located in one of the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean and the best of the Dominican Republic. You can take a swim in the most beautiful beach of white sand and can also relax in the pool of Stanza Mare.

Stanza Mare is quieter than any resort, but luxurious and elegant, the buildings are well maintained and the gardens and walkways well maintained and clean, from the apartment's terrace overlooks the pool and sea.

You can enjoy the vibrant life in the area with activities for everyone or rest quietly in Stanza Mare. In the area there are numerous golf courses, casinos, restaurants on the beach within walking distance, shops minimarket, pharmacy etc.

Within walking distance are shopping centers, which also have movie theaters, and the Punta Cana International Airport is 15 minutes, the condominium
