Villa of 240 square meters on two floors, with 5000 square meters of garden, two lounges with fireplace, four bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and a single, four bathrooms, kitchen with fireplace, pantry, mosquito nets, and the kitchen is equipped with four burners, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating.

Romantic and panoramic villa situated in a natural reserve facing the Vico Lake, 50 minutes by car from Rome and 80 minutes from 'Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. The Nature Reserve where it is located the property is crossed by the Via Francigena and is just a few kilometers from Tuscany that is from 'Umbria and cities such as the medieval town of Viterbo, in only 15 minutes with its famous hot springs , about 40 minutes by car you can visit the Etruscan city of Tarquinia and Tuscania, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio, and in close proximity to the beautiful Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, Bagnaia Villa Lante and its Renaissance gardens and the Park of Monsters in Bomarzo offer the best for a cultural holiday.

The lake and its beaches allow sports such as windsurfing, fishing, canoeing and swimming.

  • The price is per villa complete with occupancy of 7 people.
    Deposit: 200 Euro payable on arrival and returned at the end of the stay except for damage to the garden and / or home.
    Deposit: Equal to 30% of rental price to be paid at time of booking by bank transfer. The balance will be paid in cash on arrival.
    Prices include water-electricity-gas-heating-bed linen, bathroom and kitchen, soaps and detergents.
    Final cleaning 50 Euro.
  • The guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and the daily removal of garbage, otherwise the charges are 10 Euros per day.
