If you are looking for fabulous views, convenience to everything, the beach just a few steps right out your door, clean place to stay, look no further! We own this adorable cottage that overlooks Wellfleet Bay on Mayo Beach. Equipped with 2 bedrooms (1-queen, 2-twins with an additional twin trundle for a third child), ceiling fans in the bedrooms, outdoor furniture, Weber gas grill, outdoor shower and more. Cottage has laundry facilities. The bathroom has a stall shower with a shower head that can be lowered for the little ones! We have an additional enclosed outdoor shower, too. The living room has an air conditioner, satellite TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo w/CD player. Kitchen has a microwave, new refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots& pans, lobster pot and more. We just bought the cottage in March 2003 and since then repainted the inside & out, bought new furniture, added heat, outdoor furniture, Weber gas grills and more. We hope you feel at home!

Nearest Ferry: Provincetown (from Boston) at 15 Miles
Nearest Train: Hyannis at 20 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Route 6 & Main Street at 2 Miles

If you like being convenient to everything, this is the place to stay. You are within walking distance to the town wharf, tennis courts, playground, skateboard park, summer theatre, restaurants, galleries, village and more! Just a short drive from the ponds, ocean, hiking trails, golf, movie theater, shops, kayaking, bike trails, whale watching, seal watching, and more. Provincetown is only 20 minutes away. Summer is not the only time of year to come to Wellfleet. In the Fall, the changing leaves are breathtaking, and the village holds its annual 'Oysterfest' in October, as well as many other local towns festivals. In the Spring, the weather is beautiful and not as crowded! It's fantastic during all three seasons!
