The beautiful Provençal village of Plan de la Tour is surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean woodland including oaks, pines, olives, mimosa and chestnut trees. This traditional French village is one of the few remaining jewels of unspoiled Provence with its old lanes, terracotta roofs and ancient bell tower. Despite its timeless charm, it still has all the amenities one could wish for. There are several small grocery stores, a Tourist Office, a pharmacy, tabac, one bar and a host of marvellous restaurants to satisfy every palate. There are even two working vineyards on the edge of the village for those who want to try the local wines.
Ste Maxime is 15 mins drive away - with its boutiques, restaurants, bars and ferry across the bay to St Tropez.
