Spacious multi-level contemporary home backing beautiful mountain stream; walk to slopes; large great room; stone fireplace; multi-tiered decking; outdoor hot tub; wifi internet access. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house tucked into a wooded lot with running stream. Just across the street from Salamander ski trail. Has 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins w/trundles, and sleep sofa. Outdoor hot tub, W/D, 2 cable TV's, DVD, VCR, and wireless internet. Both lower bedrooms have access to deck with hot tub. Charcoal grill and outdoor furniture on decks. All wheel drive required in winter. Sleeps 8. We selected this lot and built this house in order to take full advantage of what the Canaan Valley area offers; its beautiful cool summers and easy access to golf, rafting, hiking and more, spectacular autumn and spring, and a winter climate unique to the mid-Atlantic providing an extraordinary range of winter fun, including walking to the slopes. Our family has made fantastic memories here.

What makes this house unique

We designed Zeeplace to fit into the natural setting. Whether sitting on a deck or looking out the large windows in the Great Room, the creek and ravine it carved bring out the sites and sounds of nature's beauty.
