Location Botinaccio, Montespertoli Fi.

The house is located in a place surrounded by nature, in the Florentine hills ideal for countryside lovers and tranquility .. Ideal for Mountenbicke or go play golf (about 9km)

We rent the barn of our property, independent house finely restored of about 100 square meters.

The house is composed as follows:

On the ground floor is the kitchen and dining room with fireplace and large windows on two adjoining terraces where it is nice to eat while enjoying the surrounding vegetation.

The view is amazing.

On the upper floor are located two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

Both rooms have a view.

The largest has a double bed and an extra bed,

the other has two single beds. The situation is the 'ideal for a family or copies of friends.

The pool is reserved for guests and also our garden with tables and umbrellas are available.

Valet parking is reserved for two cars.

Our house is between Montelupo Fiorentino and Montespertoli is easier to get from Montelupo as it is served by a convenient freeway (FI. IP. LI). In addition on the same communication line is easy to get to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Livorno.

However Montelupo that Montespertoli there are shops and good restaurants.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are fond of the cities of art.
