Notes

• • Rates include bed linen (sheets and towels) and house cleaning before arrival and after departure.
  
  • If more than one week rental has a mid-week cleaning with change of clothes and bedding (sheets and towels) at no cost
  
  Extras (optional):
  1) Central Heating: € 35.00 per day
  2) Small pets are welcome, lumber owners liable for damage of your pet
  
  Note:
  - Guard dogs or dogs that bark are not allowed in Villa
  Payment Terms:
  - Reservations (down-payment): 30%
  - Payment 60 days before arrival: 70%
  
  Security deposit:
  The delivery of a deposit of 400 € in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure after inspection of the property and hand over the keys.

  1) additional cleanings housing: € 57.00 per thorough cleaning
  2) Additional changes of linen and towels: € 36.00 per complete change of clothes
