The villa is located in Colico, hamlet Curcio, Via La Murata, well served, very sunny and quiet, with lots of greenery, 1.5 km distant from the centre of Colico and the lake and 2 km from the largest shopping center in the area (Fuentes). In the village there is a bike path that extends to Sondrio, 40 km long along the river Adda and can be completed on foot for pleasant walks and trails to be made by bicycle.
The context lake can enjoy water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and all kinds of water sports, while the quiet bay of Piona is the ideal place for relaxing days on the beach.
The impressive Mount Legnone around the country will satisfy the most demanding hikers with its 2609 meters and views among the most rewarding of all the Bergamo Alps.
The town is built on three hills, known Montecchio. The main interest for the construction is given by the four original cannons, the largest in Italy, whose workings are still intact and within the Fort Montecchio is also a small museum of the war.
