The villa is located in Colico, hamlet Curcio, Via La Murata, well served, very sunny and quiet, with lots of greenery, 1.5 km distant from the centre of Colico and the lake and 2 km from the largest shopping center in the area (Fuentes). The impressive Mount Legnone around the country will satisfy the most demanding hikers with its 2609 meters and views among the most rewarding of all the Bergamo Alps.
The town is built on three hills, known Montecchio. The main interest for the construction is given by the four original cannons, the largest in Italy, whose workings are still intact and within the Fort Montecchio is also a small museum of the war.
