Beautiful Andalusian style villa situated on the outskirts of the village of La Puebla de Cazalla, near Seville. The villa offers the perfect place to see and live the local lifestyle with churches, market, shops, tapa bars and restaurants nearby, and it is only a 40 minute drive to the historically acclaimed city of Seville. “Villa Flores” is conveniently situated in easy reach of the A92 Motorway (Autovia) running from Seville to Granada. It's an ideal location that allows visitors to sightsee many other key sites of Andalucia, including Cádiz, Ronda, Granada, Cordoba, Málaga and Huelva; a great base from which to visit the World Heritage sites of the Alhambra in Granada and the famous 8th-century mosque in Cordoba.
Inside the modern villa are 4 double sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen has electric oven and hobs for cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the utensils required. There are 2 air conditioning units providing both cool and warm air, along with standalone fans for your comfort. The indoor dining area has a pine table and 6 chair seating, this is also the case in the huge lounge area which also has an open log fire for those renting in the winter months. The property also offers a separate casita with its own separate toilet/wet room, double bed and kitchenette. The lovely outdoor private swimming pool is a perfect relief to the midday sun and is for renter’s sole use. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided to look out over the stunning Andalusian countryside and onto the villa's mature gardens with fruit and olive trees.

Villa Flores is owned by Sarah and Stuart from New Zealand. Sarah is an academic who specialises in Spanish literature and Stuart is a company director with interests in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. They have 3 children (Ryan 9, Lauren 6 and Lucy 3).

Villa Flores is in a fantastic spot close to the historic cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. It is in the middle of the ring of Roman settlements with the closest, Marchena, 10 mins down the road. Madrid is 2.5 hours on the fast train from Seville, that runs from the same station as the train from Marchena. Ryan Air and Easy Jet both fly into Seville. Jerez, Cadiz, Gibralter, Ronda and Malaga are all easy day trips.

"We had a fantastic two week stay in Villa Flores in the middle of August. The villa is remotely situated but in close reach of all the shops/facilities that you need. The property itself was ideal for our needs; very well kitted out with plenty of space for our party of eight four adults + four late teenagers). The outside areas are well laid out with plenty of shade and lots of room for sunbathing by the lovely pool. We particularly enjoyed eating outside on the loggia adjoining the villa. Inside, the bedrooms are spacious and well appointed; the two master bedrooms had much needed air con units and the other two have fans which just did the job! We went out for three major day trips to Alhambra, Cordoba and Sevile; all are stunning and well worth the drive. The villa is perfectly located to explore the wonderful Andalusian countryside.
We were met by Mark who was very welcoming and helpful; he sorted out a few early glitches quickly and efficiently and was always on call to help/advise us when needed. Nothing was too much trouble but we were left to get on with things for the week. I can recommend Villa Flores highly to any future clients; it is a charming, competitively priced and well resourced property in a perfect location. We had a very relaxed and happy holiday and hope to return one day."
