4 Bedroom Villa, Private Pool and Mountain Views, very close to the beach.

A villa that is simply superior to the rest with the best location & stylish interiors that marry contemporary and traditional Turkish design. Perched on a mountain, this is the most elevated triplex villa of a small exclusive estate in the Babadag Hills. Its luxurious interior includes spacious lounges, hand made furniture and an amazing outside terrace. It is a place to enjoy rather than just stay. The entire ground floor has a spacious open plan living room with large seating area, wet room and double bedroom with four poster bed. There is an LCD TV, satellite with selected international channels, DVD, CD, ipod docking station and Playstation 3. Large sliding glass doors lead to the pool area and luscious garden space with BBQ.

The first floor comprises of an open plan kitchen with living/dining area. Glass doors lead on to a large terrace with additional dining table and seating area with breathtaking views of the pine and almond clad mountainside and valleys.

The second floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms, wet room and balcony.

All rooms are air conditioned for your comfort.

The villa has cooling marble and with floor to ceiling sliding glass wall doors, with amazing views from all the rooms.

The outside areas are paved in natural limestone. There is off road parking with a gated drive & landscaped walled gardens.

A weekly maid service is provided. Transfers and car hire can be arranged.

The Most Beautiful View

The villa is even better in real life, it is very elegantly designed and furnished. It is extremely spacious and cool, with the breeze from the mountains blowing through the open areas.

The swimming pool is the highlight - with the sound system and access to the downstairs shower, it has everything you could need.

The view across to the mountains from the terrace is magnificent - sitting with a drink watching the sunset is a moment to savour.

There are two towns within easy reach of the villa; the beach at Olu Deniz is amazing.

I would definitely recommend this delightful villa. It is in a class of its own and provides guests with a true luxury experience.
