Having owned my own property in Sardinia for 8 years I have proven experience and success in renting it out and filling the calender each year since. With good and plentiful reviews for my own property, Villa Ezzi, can be referenced for your own piece of mind. (Property 59643).
I have since take on other holiday property on request by other owners in the area of Stintino who have seen that I can perform successfully without any problems that are sometimes associated with private holiday rentals. You can be certain that the properties I list are both ideal for that holiday feel and are located in desirable and typical holiday locations. As well as my careful acceptance of the owners, the properties are all of good quality and well maintained providing a pleasant environment for guests.
Due to my efficiency, guests can be assured the descriptions are accurate and the properties of above average quality.
Please note my calendars are mostly full by March and the first reservations for the peak periods taken in the Autumn for the following year.
