Quiet location with enclosed rear garden, 3 bedrooms,sleeps 6-7 in comfort, full kitchen, dining area, lounge and patio area. Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer plus cable TV all BBC’s etc. House located within 10 min walk of all amenities and beach. Very suitable and safe for children.
About Evan Molloy

Our family have holidayed in Kilkee for many years in rented accommodation and in recent years have used this house. We are from Galway. Our children are now adults and no longer visit with us but travel with friends. The house is now vacant for considerable periods and we are offering it for rental.

The house is located in a quiet Cul de Sac and being just outside the town is quiet. The rear garden is completely enclosed and very safe for smaller children. The house itself is bright and well equipped and its proximity to the beach and the town allows easy access to same

What makes this cottage unique

Kilkee has a wonderful safe horse shoe shaped beach. It has many scenic seaside walks. There is a unique rock pool area with natural sea water swimming pools and fishing areas frequented by all ages. Kilkee serves as an excellent base to visit the West of Ireland with links via Killimer ferry to North Kerry, Doolin Ferry to the Aran Islands and via roads to Connamara.

Notes: Kilkee is a family friendly holiday resort with a very safe beach and famous rock pool area known as the Pollock Holes. It is located in a very scenic part of West Clare with a rugged coastline. It is a lively and busy resort during the school holiday period. The town has many good quality reasonably priced restaurants and pubs.
