The villa can be put on hold for 48 hours in order to give you time to confirm the reservation. Timing of payment: 30% when confirming reservation, 70% 35 days prior to arrival. After each payment we shall send you the confirmation of payment. Security deposit (upon arrival): credit card authorization for the sum of 100 Euros.
