This waterfront cottage offers everything the Southern Maine Coast has to offer for a Summer Vacation. With its private beach and 120 foot frontage on a serene and safe harbor, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the incoming and outgoing tide, the beautiful sunsets, swim, lay on the beach, rest and read on the deck while watching the lobsterman's activity right in front of you. 7 miles of unbroken beach from Pine Point to Old Orchard and Ocean Park are at your disposal. The kids will love Funtown and the amusements at Old Orchard Beach. The adults will enjoy all that Portland has to offer for nightlife and waterfront shops in the Old Port. Freeport and LL Bean is a half hour away. Casco Bay is nearby. Sebago Lake is a short drive. A private mooring may be available at certain times of the year at additional charge for those who would like to bring their own boat. Easy access for canoe or kayak right on the property. Ocean charters for Deep Sea fishing is available.
