WATERFRONT COASTAL COTTAGE WITH PRIVATE BEACH

I can't say enough good things about the owner, the location, the home/cottage, and the "service". We had our wedding and reception here over this past weekend and everything was perfect. The owner was so helpful leading up to our big day, even sending us the tide chart in advance, so we could plan our ceremony time around the high tide for photo ops! He even arranged for the landscapers to come off schedule to make sure the lawn and grounds were looking their best. Even the owner's brother next door was very kind and helpful as well. The "cottage" was a perfect match for our family, VERY clean, classy & tasteful and yet homey at the same time. We were so proud to call this location our wedding ceremony and reception site. A beautiful sailcloth tent and white chairs were set up on the gorgeous lawn to make the perfect (like out of a magazine) scene for our nuptials. It was nice to be "on the water" but not have to share the beach with the general public, as this cottage is on the "marsh-side" or western facing. It was a perfect setting for some sunset photos! There are no words to describe the view from the large window in the "master" bedroom... Even pictures don't do it any justice! And what a way to spend a morning, coffee on your own little beach! Our event went off without a hitch, adults and children both had a wonderful time on the property. Thanks to the owner for helping create a wonderful weekend that we will remember forever.
