Guestbook comments from the owner
Jeff and Linda:
Your cottage is simply spectacular. All the thought and care is reflected in the many details that make it an airy, welcoming and comfortable home. (A particular favorite was "Take me out to the ballgame" since a Red Sox game is a standard part of the week.) We loved staying on the marsh side and experiencing the inhale and exhale of the tides. Living on the edge of a bird sanctuary. And the sunsets were absolutely glorious.
My brother Kevin and I first came to Pine Point with our Ohio family in 1969. Kevin has spent time on the Point nearly every summer since then. All of us agreed that this was the best Maine ever, in large part due to our stay at the cottage. And having all three of Kevin and Jane's kids there for at least part of our visit allowed us all to share in the HarborWinds magic.
We tried to leave everything in good order. Please let us know if you have any comments or questions. We found most everything we needed and particularly appreciated the well stocked spices and cooking ingredients (which we supplemented with a few items).
Thanks again for your gracious hospitality. Needless to say, we would love to return for the same week in 2015, if that's possible.
