This immaculate cottage in Ponte Vedra Beach is located just 15 minutes from St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida to offer a variety of vacation experiences. All the rooms have ocean views and breezes. The master bedroom offers a walk in shower, the second bath is accessible from 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed one with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. All bedrooms and living room have large screen TV/DVD/VCR/MP3 combos. Ceiling fans and comfort are through out the house. After short drive to golf in Ponte Vedra Beach or shopping and sight seeing in St. Augustine or dinner and the theatre in Jacksonville this cottage will be a welcome end to your busy vacation day. Perfect place!

We stayed in Feb. of 2010 for a week and found it the ideal place for privacy, and location to lots of fun things to do and see. The cottage is charming and very clean, the beds very comfortable, and even flowers and a wonderful goody basket. We hope to stay again. Really loved it.

So awesome!

What a great place to escape to! Loved this place and I think it is the best we have ever rented! Will rent again for sure! Everything was so wonderful,such a relaxing place! Beautifully equipped. Was so close to anything we wanted yet so private too! We went to St Augustine 3 days and rode the horse drawn carriages one night! The Fort was so cool! The shops especially the Thrift and consignment shops were great! I got some really good deals! Did a lot of stooped over shelling! Found some really nice ones! Thanks Carolyn! Great Gift basket and having so much to play with too! LOL We will rent it again for sure!

Amazing cottage - all I expected was met 100%

When you drive by this cottage it looks insignificant and tiny, but when you enter it and chill on the patio it is 180 degrees different. This little cottage is very comfy, tastefully decorated, equipped with all necessary things that a holiday home should have and many more. The cottage had lots of towels, dishware and cooking spices which really helped as we cooked the turkey on the Thanksgiving day.

When the coffee maker stopped working Carolyn bought a new one and personally delivered it to us which was very nice as we were already planning to buy one. THANK YOU Carolyn.

Carolyn was very accommodating and helpful. She let us check in earlier as we had a red eye and also allowed us to check out late due to the late flight back to the west coast. She was understanding and supportive and we appreciated it.

The weather was perfect, the ocean was warm, beautiful shells you could find on the shoreline and the kids loved the high choppy waves. I will go back if I can next year.

Cutest house!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our "stay-cation" at Pelican Pass. The house was perfect for our family and was well equipped - from the kitchen to the beach accessories. My son especially enjoyed the kayak. The welcome cheese and fruit basket was a nice surprise as well as the fresh flowers. We swam, fished, hunted for sharks teeth and really relaxed. I hope we'll get a chance for a return visit.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Awesome!

My family just returned fom a week of pure bliss at Pelican Pass. The house was even better than the pictures can capture. We were concerned our 9 year old son would get bored, but he said that this was the best beach vacation ever. The house had everything we could have wanted; beach toys, umbrellas, sand chairs, lounge chairs, lots of towels, not to mention the fresh fruit basket, and the fresh cut flowers. The house was immaculate for our arrival. Also, the close proximity to St. Augustine was great for sightseeing. We are already talking about returning for next year. Thanks, Carolyn for sharing your home with our family.
