3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday villa with Spectacular Ocean Views!

Situated in a peaceful suburb and just 1km to the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava - the 3 bedroom hillside villa (sleeping up to 8 people) shares a large swimming pool with 5 other residences in the area. Plenty of outdoor space with all day sun to relax, BBQ, and take in the spectacular sea views.

Please note that this is a 2 level property and there is another small rental apartment in the building. It is rented every year to the same quiet Spanish couple who are very accustomed holiday makers. Lloret de Mar is without a doubt the most famous town on the Costa Brava - situated in the southern part of the Costa Brava, 70 kilometres to the north east of Barcelona. This is one of the Mediterranean most popular resorts and certainly the liveliest holiday spot on this stretch of the Spanish coastline. The former fisherman’s village covers 48 square kilometres, and has five main beaches along a 7 kilometre of coastline.

The city of Barcelona and its airport El Prat can also be reached by train, with connections going further beyond. The local airport is at Girona, which is just 35 motoring minutes away.

Notes

  • Arrival cleaning is included in the rate. A supplement of 120 Euros is charged for departure cleaning and maintenance. This charge includes linens, towels, pool and garden maintenance and on call emergency maintenance service. Arrival day can be adjusted outside of summer season (July and August). A 20% deposit is required upon booking and a 500 Euro damage deposit is required upon arrival which will be returned within 7 days after your stay.

Quiet area with good sea views. Very comfortable houseand clean very close to the beach and near the town center. Near great restaurants.
The house is equipped with everything you need. Close to the tourist attractions and at the same time, isolated noise. The treatment of the owners also truly excellent. They have always been attentive.
